Macam2 la..!!

Tidak pernah hati luluh macam ni hanya kerana nak balik rumah sangat2.. rasa sorang2 je kat oversea ni. walau ada kawan, tapi masih tetap homesick. oh my god. T.T

Planning for spring and summer season

Yeah well it's been hard not being able to update my blog like I usually do during the holidays. Now I have tons of work to do and I'm feeling a bit lazy nowadays. This has to stop. And another thing that has to stop is my cravings for unhealthy foods and the amount I'm taking it. Mostly all of my jeans don't fit me anymore, literally! It made me feel down, like really down. I can't believe I could get so caught up with my weight. I need help ASAP!

Spring and summer season will coming soon..!!!What better way to spend my spring and summer days than lazing around in the garden. Well now i have to think i can laze around the garden in my own Lazy Days Hammock. I can sit back and relax with my lappy and cold drink while the day goes by.

The Lazy Days Hammock can be erected so easily it means i can take it anywhere with me and it folds up so i can carry on my back.but its to heavy lol..xx hahhahhah.. i can use it in my garden aswell soon when i move from this house..cant wait to move new house soon..arghhh..!!!have to find out where i have to buy the hammock.!!ARGOS???yes...

but  Lately most of my days have been made up of . . . yes lazy days. lazying (is that even a word?Ha.) around in really comfy clothes (pj's), and whenever Im not at home im thinking about wearing comfy clothes and have a lazy day.

The moral of the story i just don't feel like doing anything.

Jawapan: semut hitam tengah berjogging.. huhuhu

Teka-teki: Ape benda bila masuk segitiga bila kuar bergulung-gulung?
Jawapan: Seluar dalam ler.. haha

Teka-teki: Antara kapal terbang dengan kuih lepat liat, mana satu yang paling tinggi?
Jawapan: Kuih lepat liat la sebab kapal terbang sampai langit je, tapi kuih lepat sampai lelangit!

Teka-teki: Banyak2 kotak, kotak apa yang takleh angkat?
Jawapan: Kotak penalti lah.. wawawa!

Teka-teki: Kenapa Penggali Kubur Gali Kubur Tak Pakai Selipar???
Teka.. teka.. kalo terer!
Jawapan: Selipar mana boleh buat gali tanah, guna cangkul lar hue hue hue!!

Teka-teki: Bulu bertemu bulu kulit bertemu kulit makin tambah rapat makin nikmat rasanyer!
Jawablah kalau bijak sangat!
Jawapan: Haah.. mulalah otak kuning, MATA lah jawapan nyer..!

Teka-teki: 3 kepala, 6 mata, 8 kaki. Apakah bendanya tu?
Jawapan: Koboi naik kuda bawak ayam.

Teka-teki: Masa dia hidup kita menyanyi, masa dia mati kita tepuk tangan.

Jawapan: Kala jengking lah.. senang pun takleh nak jawab!

Teka-teki: Ada sorang imam, tengah semahyang pastu ada sekor anjing lalu kat depan dia. Pastu dia jilat kaki dia, BATAL TAK AIR SEMAYANG IMAM TU???

Teka-teki: 4 orang awek cun berpayung dengan satu payung tapi nape tak basah langsung??
Jawapan: Sebab tak hujan aduhai! Dahlah malaslah nak tanya lagi soalan bebudak pun takleh nak jawab!!

Finally i made my own curry puff..Ehekksss..!!

I love curry puff so much, ever since I was a kid. However, I started making my own curry puff only a few years back when living In Malaysia, 3 curry puffs for RM1 still can be found in many places. Why make then? Homemade always the best, I will know what I am eating.

Ingredients (24 pcs):

Pastry:

250g all-purpose flour

50g rice flour

50g butter

50g vegetable oil

130ml icy cold water + pinch of salt

Filling:

600g potato, peeled and diced

1 large onion, diced

2 tbsps curry powder (for seafood)

Finelly chopped chicken

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Some curry leaves

1 cup water (+/-)

Salt to taste

Methods:

1. Filling: Heat oil in wok, add in curry leaves and onion. Stir-fry onion until translucent then add in potato and chicken
2. Cook until potato and chicken has changed colour on the edges then add in curry powder and chilli paste (if using). Cook for 1 minute, add in water and bring to boil.
3. Add salt to taste, then turn the heat down and cook with lid on until potato is soften and the liquid is reduced.
4. Cool completely before use.
5. Pastry: In a large mixing bowl, bring 3 types of flours together and mix well. Set aside.
6. In a small sauce pan, melt and heat butter with oil.
7. Pour hot oil over flours in the mixing bowl. Then, mix thoroughly with a wooden spatula or chopsticks.
8. Add in water and knead to form soft dough. Cover dough with plastic wrap and rest for at least 15 minutes.
9. Assemble: Divide and shape dough into 24 equal balls. Then roll out each ball into a 8-10cm circle, wrap in a heap tablespoon. Pinch edges to seal, then deep-fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.

Cook's Notes:

1. If swirl pastry version is preferred, check out my other post for pastry recipe.
2. Potato can be substituted with sweet potato.
3. To keep in the freezer, pack into small packets (leave space between each puff).Can be kept in the freezer up to 3 months.
4. For this curry puff, it should have lots of puffed spots after fried.

freakin bored

alright sometimes i feel if i wasnt around there would be no difference to the world. im finding my life to be really sad and lifeless.I don't think I'm depressed or anything. I'm just not happy like before..And sometimes i love to be silence but there's making me feel more bored..!!!i hate it..!!

And sometimes i felt lost,and decide to walking around for no reason..
